Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email.  We only ship our items on business days. Please allow put to 2 business days for your orders to ship.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are displeased with the purchase of any product for any reason, we will exchange it or refund your money within 14 days of the date the order was placed AS LONG AS THAT PRODUCT(S) ARE UNUSED. Unfortunately, orders older than 14 days cannot be returned or exchanged.​

 

Please email us at returns@simplyscentedcandles.com with your Order# before returning any items.  ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED.

 

SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM YOU WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. 

 

YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED SHIPPING UNLESS YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT YOU RECEIVED  DAMAGED.  

 

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only.  We will require a photo of the damaged item you received.

 

If the customer uses a shipping company of their choosing, we are not responsible for any items that may arrive damaged. 

 

Items that have been scheduled for pickup and delivery by shipping companies chosen by the customer will have 21 days from the agreed upon pickup date to be acquired by the shipping company.  After 21 days the items will be returned to our inventory and no longer available for pickup.  

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE and/or DISCOUNT ITEMS.  ALL SALE and/or DISCOUNT ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS.  The items are handcrafted to order.  For that reason we do not issue refunds on cancellations.

Please email us at customerservice@simplyscentedcandles.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there is any discrepancy between your order and what your have received. Any grievances received after 7 days will not be considered. 

IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are safely packaged before returning them.

ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED UNUSED.


Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund for the price of the product(s) you returned (including tax, if any). SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, UNLESS THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive, process, and issue your refund.  You will receive an email confirming the your refund has been issued.
