WHAT IS SOY WAX?
Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.

The hydrogenation process converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated. This process dramatically alters the melting point of the oil, making it a solid at room temperature. The leftover bean husks are commonly used as animal feed.
The U.S. grows the vast majority of the world's soy beans, primarily in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana.

If you are displeased with the purchase of any product for any reason, we will exchange it or refund your money within 14 days of the date the order was received AS LONG AS THAT PRODUCT(S) ARE UNUSED. Unfortunately, orders older than 14 days cannot be returned or exchanged.​

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. We will require a photo of the damaged item you received.
If the customer uses a shipping company of their choosing, we are not responsible for any items that may arrive damaged.
Items that have been scheduled for pickup and delivery by shipping companies chosen by the customer will have 21 days from the agreed upon pickup date to be acquired by the shipping company. After 21 days the items will be returned to our inventory and no longer available for pickup.
